I’m not always hearing English, but he does seem to have some sort of a language, because he does make the same verbalization multiple times. He makes a sudden gesture with his first utterance, and it seems to mean “move back”. From what I’ve seen, porcupines seem to want some space while eating. The other phrase he says may actually be English. It sounds like “my corn”.
