Ice Dancer Siblings Showcase Remarkable Talent in Stunning Performance to ‘Nothing Else Matters’

A captivating ice dancing routine by sibling duo Oona and Gage Brown is wowing audiences worldwide with its electrifying energy and stunning athleticism. The talented Team USA Ice Dancers have garnered attention for their exceptional performances in various junior championship competitions.
In this particular routine, performed against the backdrop of New York City’s Bryant Park Winter Village ice rink during the Thanksgiving holidays, Oona, 16, and Gage, 18, showcase their prowess to the melodious tunes of Metallica and Marlisa’s “Nothing Else Matters.”
The choreography is a seamless blend of grace and excitement, complemented by impeccable camerawork that follows their every move on the ice, enhancing the spectacle.

Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Oona and Gage have had a stellar 2020 season, clinching the U.S. junior national bronze medal and securing top-ten finishes at the 2020 World Junior Championships. Their trajectory toward success is unmistakable.
Their journey in ice skating began in 2009 when they were inspired by their older sister’s skating lessons. Since then, Gage, who started at age 7, and Oona, who began at age 5, have flourished as a team in the world of Ice Dance.

Reflecting on their decision to pursue Ice Dance, Gage shared, “We feel like we are able to express ourselves more on the ice with each other… skating as a team definitely gives us more confidence.” Their choice seems validated by their seamless chemistry and the sheer joy they exude while performing together.
