Michael Phelps is the best swimmer of all time, that is fact! But he is the best HUMAN swimmer of all time. We do not take into account all the other water creatures such as whales, sharks and assorted fish specimens. Well, he decided that ‘The Best Human Swimmer’ title is not enough for him. He wanted to race against creatures born and raised in water, creatures known for fast swimming… and eating humans. He is racing a great white shark!! He announced it on the Discovery Channel during Shark Week. We can’t wait to witness this competition… if we can call it a competition as the fastest shark speed is 25 mph and Phelps’ best speed is 6 mph. Make of it what you will, but this is happening!
