Michael Bublé finds his “voice crush” and their magical duet has thousands swooning

Even thoguh Michael Buble is tremendously successful as a solo artist, he always enjoyed teaming up for duets with artists he admires. Whether it’s Mariah Carey, Streisand , Blake Shelton and lots of others.

For his newest album “Love”, he wanted to sing with the gorgeous voice he heard within the film of the musical The Greatest Showman. It was the voice of Loren Allred.

The song is named “Help Me Make It Through The Night”, and it spoke to Buble on a several levels.

Although the song wasn’t written as a duet, he thought it might be perfect for one. He explains why:

“My concept had always been so strong. And in my head, it was always a duet, I never heard it as a duet before but I had always seen it as this incredible, sad, but beautiful story of two needy people who just did not have the strength to be alone anymore… I had been watching a movie called ‘The Greatest Showman’… and I realized the actress, it wasn’t her singing, so I frantically started to comb YouTube to find out who this was… and I found Loren Allred!”
